Trash Day Information

All refuse must be placed curbside by 7:00am on the day of the scheduled pick-up days with the metal bar facing out towards the street. We recommend that you place the containers curbside the night before. For normal trash day refuse, all waste must be placed inside the container. Any items lying outside of the container on normal trash days will not be removed.

Bulk Trash Information

Bulk trash refers to items that are too large or bulky for normal refuse containers. These items include: furniture, mattresses, barbecue grills, etc. For bulk trash, Balfour Beatty Communities has a roll-off bulk trash dumpster available at the Maintenance Office for residents to utilize between bulk trash days.

Recycling Information

Recycling is mandatory on the base and in base housing. Recycling containers are available for each household.  Recycling can be dropped off at the trailers in the BX parking lot. At present, items considered recyclable include plastic (Type 1 & 2), aluminum cans, corrugated cardboard, tin cans, magazines, office papers, and newspapers.

Drop Off Locations:

  • Bldg. 214
  • Bldg 331

Lawn Care Information

Front yard lawn services will be completed at all houses. Be sure to remove any items from your lawn including: toys, bikes, and lawn furniture on the scheduled day in order for the landscapers to properly care for your lawn. We also ask that you refrain from watering your lawn the day before the mowers are scheduled to come to your neighborhood.

Fenced-in yards are not included in this service. Residents with fences are required to trim grass on the inside and outside of the fence. The landscapers cannot take on the liability of damaging fences that are rented or owned by the resident. For your convenience, maintenance/self help provides mowers and other items for lawn care that are available to residents.
